We work with organisations from across the voluntary, public, arts and heritage sectors, to meet local, regional and national need.
Clients range from volunteer-run groups to major national organisations, but our approach remains the same. We seek to understand an organisation’s objectives, culture, skills and resources, and to look at how we can support the organisation to achieve its aims.
This may require working within a multi-disciplinary project team combining a range of specialist skills and perspectives; providing training and mentoring for key staff; or leading a project team.
